Your first 90 days with a marketing agency.

What to prepare, what to launch and how to evaluate progress together.

Days 1–30: foundations and launch

Review the offer, audience, assets, pages and existing measurement. Agree priorities, responsibilities and evaluation criteria. Launch depends on access, resources and approvals; the proposal sets the actual timeline.

  • Client: product information, account access, feedback and a sales owner.
  • Team: diagnosis, plan, briefs and the agreed preparation work.
  • Milestone: a clear launch scope, measurement plan and outstanding dependencies.

Days 31–60: test and adjust

Review available data, messages, pages and lead quality. Sales feedback helps assess enquiries. Keep a change log to explain what is being tested and why. Limited data or seasonal conditions require cautious conclusions.

Days 61–90: decide the next stage

Compare progress with the starting position and agreed goals. Decide what to continue, change or stop. A useful report records spend, clearly defined results, data limitations and next actions with owners.

Understand progress

Delivered assets, launched campaigns and working measurement show operational progress. Qualified enquiries, proposals and contracts show commercial progress. They are not interchangeable. No universal sales guarantee applies to 90 days: the offer, market, budget and sales process affect outcomes.

For an engagement with HUGE, the timeline and deliverables are scoped around the business. This guide explains the stages; your proposal defines the actual commitment.
