What does outsourced marketing cost? Build the complete budget.

Separate agency fees, advertising, production and your team’s time before comparing proposals.

The agency fee is one part of the budget

The complete budget includes agency services, platform advertising spend, additional production, tools and internal resources. Some costs are one-off; others recur. Compare the same period and scope.

Use this model: initial work + monthly services × number of months + media spend + production and tools outside the scope. Record internal coordination time separately. It is a resource even when it is not invoiced.

Three situations require different scopes

If the offer and landing page are ready, you may need campaign management and creative. If messaging and the page need rebuilding, include that initial work. If coordination is missing, compare an integrated engagement with the resources required to manage specialists internally.

  • Campaigns: management, creative, measurement and media spend.
  • Launch: strategy, landing page, assets, setup and ongoing management.
  • Ongoing engagement: priorities, production, distribution, coordination and review.

Compare equivalent proposals

An engagement including filming is different from one using client-supplied footage. Check original concepts, adaptations, revisions, channels, pages and the meaning of monthly management. Agree estimates for additional work before production.

Request a scoped proposal from HUGE

Describe your offer, market, objective, existing resources and the work you want us to take on. We define the engagement around that situation. Advertising spend is discussed separately from agency services. A starting price does not replace deliverables and proposal terms.
